Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.

  • Opened and Unopened Packages: Items with opened or unopened original outer packaging are fully eligible for return, provided the item itself is unworn and tags remain attached.

  • Items returned without their original tags, or items that have been worn, washed, altered, or laundered are not eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, and bodysuits (for hygiene reasons).

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items returned without original tags attached.

  • Gift cards.

Free Returns & Return Address

Standard returns within the 30-day eligibility window are free. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

  2. Securely package the item in its original packaging or suitable mailing bag.

  3. Attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team.

  4. Drop the package off at your nearest designated shipping carrier location.

Refund Processing & Timeframes

  • Inspection & Processing Time: Once your return is received at our facility, please allow 3 to 5 business days for our team to inspect the item and process your refund.

  • Posting to Your Card: Once approved and processed, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your credit card issuer or financial institution, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to officially reflect on your bank statement.
