Return Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition, with all original tags still attached. Please return items in their original packaging whenever possible. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, laundered, or returned without their original tags are not eligible for refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, and bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
- Earrings and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned without original tags attached
- Gift cards
Free Returns
Standard returns within the eligibility window are free. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please follow these steps:

- Securely package the item using its original packaging.
- Attach the prepaid shipping label we provide.
- Drop the package off at your nearest shipping carrier location.
